General Troubleshooting Process

 

  1. Refresh and/or restart. 
    Oftentimes problems will resolve themselves when you try again. Try hitting the reload (or refresh) button or closing your browser, opening and trying again.  If you suspect that the problem might be your Internet connection or computer, you can also trying closing these down and starting again.

  2. Check your current settings.
