RegulatorMichael Moné was re-appointed by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. Michael Moné has held leadership roles within many industry associations, including the American Pharmacists Association, the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), US Pharmacopeia, and the Florida Pharmacy Association. He is a past president of ACPE. He attended the University of Florida where he received both his Juris Doctorate and BS in pharmacy.

ACPE Board Vice President
EducatorDiane B. Ginsburg was appointed by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. Dr. Ginsburg completed her B.S. in Pharmacy at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and M.S. at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She completed a two-year ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy administration at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. She received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in higher education administration and leadership in the College of Education at the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently Clinical Professor in the Pharmacy Practice Division, Associate Dean for Healthcare Partnerships, and G.D. Searle Endowed Fellow in Pharmacy at the University of Texas at Austin, College of Pharmacy. She is an adjunct instructor in the Drug Enforcement Administration Teaching Academy and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
She has been active with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and served as President and a 3-year term on the Board of Directors. She was inducted as Fellow in ASHP in 1998. She also served as Chair of the ASHP Research and Education Foundation Board of Directors. She is a Past President of the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP) and TSHP Research & Education Foundation. She has received several honors and awards including the 2005 Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and the 2022 Roger Anderson Leadership Award from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy among others.

He has held positions in multiple pharmacy practice settings, including hospital acute care, independent community, ambulatory infusion center, maritime medical center, and hospice care. He is Executive Director Emeritus of the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy. He is a past president of the Louisiana Pharmacists Association, Louisiana Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. He attended Xavier University of Louisiana where he received both his BS in pharmacy and an honorary doctorate degree.

Public MemberDr. Buechele is the Director, School-Based Health Center, Proviso East High School, and a practicing pediatric nurse practitioner. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor at the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing at Loyola University. She received her BSN degree from Northern Illinois University, her MSN degree from Loyola University Chicago, and her DNP from University of St. Francis. Dr. Buechele was appointed to the ACPE Board by the American Council on Education (ACE) followed by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education for her second term.

Kathy M. Campbell, PharmDClinical Community Pharmacist, Clinical Care Pharmacy of Owasso, Inc.
PractitionerKathy M. Campbell, PharmD, was appointed by the American Pharmacists Association. Dr. Campbell is a clinical community pharmacist, entrepreneur, and industry innovator. She owns and operates an appointment-based practice within her full-service family pharmacy in the town of Owasso, OK. Her 32-year, four generation practice is focused on providing foundational, proactive health through metabolic optimization. ‘DrKathy’s’ pharmacist-led lifestyle programs includes supplement and food solutions (DrKathy NOURxISH), as well as health education and coaching (DrKathy Health). She is active in pharmacy and patient advocacy and is an author, speaker and health industry consultant. Dr. Campbell attended the University of Oklahoma receiving in 1992 dual bachelors in pharmacy and zoology, and in 2005, a Doctor of Pharmacy.

Kimberly S. Croley, PharmD, BCGP, FASCP, FAPhADirector of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacist for Laurel Senior Living Communities in London, Kentucky
PractitionerDr. Croley is the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacist for Laurel Senior Living Communities in London, Kentucky. She and her pharmacy team provide care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility and two Retirement/ Assisted Living Facilities. Dr. Croley is a preceptor for several Colleges of Pharmacy and was named in the 2017 National Master Preceptor Recognition Program by AACP. She is an active member in APhA, serving on various committees and in the House of Delegates. She is an active member in ASCP, serving on various committees and in state chapter leadership. She has been named a Fellow by both APhA and ASCP. She is also an active member of KPhA, serving on various committees and in multiple leadership roles including President twice. Dr. Croley was appointed to the ACPE Board by APhA.

RegulatorDr. Kirtley is the Executive Director of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. He has served on the Board of Trustees for the American Pharmacists Association and is the current President of MALTAGON, a Professional Association of Boards of Pharmacy across the Southeast. Dr. Kirtley was appointed to the ACPE Board by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. He received his PharmD degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Amy Seybert, BS, PharmD, FASHP, FCCP, CHSEDean of School of Pharmacy
PractitionerDr. Seybert is a Professor and Dean at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She is the Pharmacy Residency Administrator at UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh, where she oversees clinical pharmacy faculty services at UPMC’s flagship hospital and its affiliates. Seybert is an accomplished faculty member, who has been honored as a fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. She has received multiple teaching awards including: University of Pittsburgh Chancellor’s Distinguished Teaching Award, ASHP Research and Education Foundation Pharmacy Residency Excellence Preceptor Award, and the AACP Rufus A. Lyman Award. Dr. Seybert was appointed to the ACPE Board by APhA. -
Cindy D. Stowe, BS, PharmDDean and Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
EducatorDr. Stowe served as Dean at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences for five years and is currently serving as the fifth Dean of the UAMS College of Pharmacy since July 2019. Dr. Stowe was appointed by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy in 2022. Dr. Stowe received her BS in Pharmacy and PharmD from the University of Kentucky.

EducatorDr. Youmans is the Executive Vice Dean at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) where she oversees the Doctor of Pharmacy program. She was appointed to the ACPE Board of Directors by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP). Dr. Youmans received her PharmD from UCSF in 1985 and an MPH from San Jose State University in 2005.
