The authors’ objective was to implement a continuous professional development (CPD) program in the didactic curriculum of a three-year Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program, and evaluate associated outcomes. The article describes the feasibility of implementing the CPD program, barriers faced while implementing the program, strategies adopted to overcome the barriers, and the outcomes from the process.
